  • Design: stylish & comfortable; understated luxury
  • Kitchen: fully furnished kitchenettes with fridge, dishwasher, oven or microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, mocha, plates, cups, pots and pans, cutlery, drying-up towels
  • Bedrooms: quality mattresses, all bedding and bed linen, snuggle blanket
  • Bathroom accessories: selected toiletries by the Vitalis brand
  • Additional beds: additional beds are available on request; cots are available on request and are included in the room fee.
  • Comfort: linen is changed every 7 days or on request. Slippers are provided free of charge.
  • Parking: one free basement garage parking space per ApartSuite

Information & advice

Wheelchair-accessible hotel
All our ApartSuites are wheelchair accessible. There is also a lift in the building.

Checking in & out
You can check into your ApartSuite any time after 3pm. Please let us know approximately what time you plan to arrive. Please vacate your ApartSuite by 10am on the day of your departure.

Luggage storage
You are welcome to leave your luggage at our reception desk for safekeeping.

Communal rooms, parlour & reading corners
You will find a range of books and magazines in various reading corners in the hallways, the parlour and the apartments. You may use our parlour as a small, communal “living room” for your holiday . It’s the perfect place for in-house events, great conversations and special shared moments! Here you’ll find a choice selection of books and a small patio area where you can enjoy fine views and a good read. 

Peace and quiet
Please keep noise levels down between 10pm and 7am.

Hotel Bruneck is located in the centre of Bruneck, close to the historic part of the town centre.

Holiday information

Parking
Each ApartSuite is assigned one comfortably-sized parking space in Hotel Bruneck’s basement garage (free of charge). The outdoor parking area on the rear side of the building is for short-stay parking only and can be used for checking in. You will need a PIN to pass the barrier.

Smoking
Italy operates a strict no smoking policy in all public buildings. Smoking is not permitted in our hotel. We provide ash trays on all balconies and at the entrance to the staircase.

WI-FI
Visitors may use our Wi-Fi free of charge, 24/7.

Prices

The prices do not include the local tourist tax of €1.70 per night for all guests over the age of 14. This will be charged to you separately while you are here.

Discounts & surcharges

  • Minimum stay: 3 nights
  • Additional guests: a surcharge of €30 per night will be charged for every 3rd or 4th person
  • Surcharge of 10 % for short stays of 2-3 nights
  • Price reduction of 5 % for long-term stays of 7 nights or more
  • Extra beds and bedding: on request (subject to a surcharge)
  • Prices for children: Children under the age of 6 may sleep in their parents’ bed or in a separate bed free of charge. We charge €30 per day for children who are over 6 and under 18.
  • Dogs: €25 per dog per day, excluding food – we provide a dog bowl and dog basket. Please note that dogs are permitted only in the following ApartSuites: Antonia, Johann and Josef.

Billing
You can pay your bill at the reception desk the day before you depart or on the morning of your departure.

Payment methods
You may pay by cash (up to €1999.99), debit card, Visa or MasterCard. 

Cancellation policy

We recommend you take out cancellation insurance.
Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival: we will refund your deposit. For cancellations made at a later date, the following fees apply:

  • Up to 14 days before arrival: 80% of the deposit is non-refundable
  • 7 days or less before arrival / no-show: 100% of the deposit is non-refundable
  • Premature departure: You will be billed for 100% of the room fee 

 

COVID-19 cancellation policy

For added peace of mind during these difficult times, we’ve temporarily relaxed our cancellation policy. If you are unable to travel due to COVID-19 (either because you have contracted the virus, or because a travel ban is imposed), you may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 3 days before your planned arrival. In such cases, your deposit will either be refunded or transferred to a different stay. If you cancel your reservation after the above deadline, our general cancellation terms and conditions shall apply.
