Prices
The prices do not include the local tourist tax of €2.10 per night for all guests over the age of 14. This will be charged to you separately while you are here.
Discounts & surcharges
- Minimum stay: 3 nights
- Additional guests: a surcharge of €30 per night will be charged for every 3rd or 4th person
- Surcharge of 10 % for short stays of 2-3 nights
- Price reduction of 5 % for long-term stays of 7 nights or more
- Extra beds and bedding: on request (subject to a surcharge)
- Prices for children: Children under the age of 6 may sleep in their parents’ bed or in a separate bed free of charge. We charge €30 per day for children who are over 6 and under 18.
- Dogs (only on request): €25 per dog per day, excluding food – we provide a dog bowl and dog basket. Please note that dogs are not permitted in all ApartSuites.

Billing
You can pay your bill at the reception desk the day before you depart or on the morning of your departure.
Payment methods
You may pay by cash (up to €1999.99), debit card, Visa or MasterCard.
Cancellation policy
We recommend you take out cancellation insurance.
Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival: we will refund your deposit. For cancellations made at a later date, the following fees apply:
- Up to 14 days before arrival: 80% of the deposit is non-refundable
- 7 days or less before arrival / no-show: 100% of the deposit is non-refundable
- Premature departure: You will be billed for 100% of the room fee
